Program Enrollment and Access
Program Purchase

Payment
Payment is due at the time of enrollment. We accept payment methods as indicated during the enrollment process. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Access to Materials
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to program materials. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Reproduce or distribute program materials
- Create derivative works from our content
- Use materials for commercial training purposes
Lifetime Access
Lifetime access means access to the program materials for as long as Plateau-craft continues to operate and offer the program. We reserve the right to discontinue programs or modify content, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to purchased programs.
Refund Policy
Seven-Day Review Period
If after reviewing the first module of a program you determine it is not appropriate for your needs, you may request a full refund within seven days of enrollment.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Your name and enrollment email
- Program name
- Brief reason for the refund request
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. After the seven-day period, all sales are final.
Exceptions
No refunds will be provided if you have completed more than 25% of the program content or if we determine the refund request is fraudulent or abusive.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on our website and in our programs, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Plateau-craft or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
